So in between getting sick and going to a wedding yesterday (Congrats Janni and Dan) we have worked on cleaning and fixing up the house. We did that before putting it on the market too, but now that the furniture is gone, there are a few new scratches and holes from the paintings and shelves. Not terrible, but it has to be done. It is amazing what a little spackle and some texture-in-a-can can do. Tomorrow we paint.

Alright, this is it. The movers put everything in the container and took it away. 369 items, 1 40ft container.

Packing

Well, the packing is about done. Yesterday they packed the garage, the basement, the kitchen, and the boys' room. Today they came back and packed Lukas' room, the master bedroom, and the living room. They also picked up the stuff that was at Helle's place. Tomorrow they will back a 40' container up to our driveway and put it all in there. Then we will have to fix up the house a little bit, where we took out nails and screws.
Should probably think about getting the carpets cleaned too ;-)
Of course somebody wants to come see the house tomorrow morning too...
